JOB BRIEF
The Oasis Golf & Aqua Resort located is a members only resort located along the Main Multan Road, Lahore (Opp. Honda Cars), offering a wide array of facilities that has given a new meaning to family entertainment.
We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor required in the daily supervision of the Housekeeping Department according to the resort’s set standard and carries out assignments as directed by the senior management in an appropriate manner.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assigns workers their duties and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness.
· Investigates complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and takes corrective action.
· Conducts orientation training and in-service training to explain policies, work procedures, and to demonstrate use and maintenance of equipment.
· Inventories stock to ensure adequate supplies.
· Evaluates records to forecast department personnel requirements.
· Makes recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation.
· Complete and update Standards and Procedures for the Housekeeping department when it’s necessary.
· Ensure all operational procedures, as well as Lost and Found procedures are followed through.
EDUCATION
· College degree or High School /Diploma
EXPERIENCE
· Minimum 3 years leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in a five star hotel.
