We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Female Sales Executive to join our call center team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, handling inbound inquiries, converting leads into customers, and maintaining strong client relationships. If you have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for sales, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales and close deals.
- Handle inbound calls and provide product/service information to customers.
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone while communicating with customers.
- Follow up with leads to ensure successful conversion.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies and processes.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or call center work is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English Language
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and call center operations is a plus.
- A positive, energetic, and confident personality.
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Comfortable to work at night shift Time: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
