HR Manager

The Organic Meat Company seeks a dedicated HR Manager to lead and grow our human resources function. This role requires a professional with at least five years of experience in HR management, adept at overseeing employee relations, performance management, and compliance within a dynamic environment. The HR Manager will direct a team of five personnel, ensuring that the companys HR strategies align with organizational goals and support workforce planning and leadership development. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between management and employees, fostering a positive workplace culture and driving initiatives such as succession planning and talent development. This position demands strong leadership abilities to manage staff effectively while implementing HR policies that meet regulatory standards and encourage employee engagement and growth.
Responsibilities

Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures that comply with applicable labor laws and company standards.
Lead and manage a team of five HR professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Oversee employee relations activities to resolve issues constructively and maintain a positive work environment.
Design and implement performance management systems to enhance individual and organizational performance.
Coordinate succession planning efforts to identify and prepare high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
Manage workforce planning to align HR strategies with the companys operational and growth objectives.
Drive leadership development programs aimed at empowering managers and enhancing their effectiveness.
Ensure HR compliance through regular audits and updates on labor laws and best practices.
Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and support recruitment and retention strategies.
Monitor employee engagement and develop initiatives to improve job satisfaction and productivity.
