- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and supply chain metrics.
- Conduct root cause analysis to investigate and address supply chain issues, recommending solutions for process optimization.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability for supply chain analytics.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in supply chain data analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within a supply chain or logistics context.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Advance Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Big Query).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with supply chain processes and concepts.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
