Working closely with project managers and other developers, the candidate will design and implement server-side logic, define and maintain databases, and integrate third-party services to deliver scalable software solutions. A strong understanding of RESTful API development and version control systems like Git is essential. The role demands attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and collaborative teamwork to deliver high-quality web applications aligned with business objectives. The developer will oversee the full software development lifecycle, mentor team members, and contribute to improving development practices within The Pison 3.
Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Laravel framework to meet business requirements.
Design and implement RESTful APIs to integrate with front-end components and external services.
Manage and optimize MySQL databases, including schema design, query optimization, and migration management.
Lead and mentor a team of 4 developers, providing technical guidance and support to enhance productivity and code quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, designers, and QA to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software projects.
Use Git version control to manage and document code changes efficiently within the team.
Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices within the development team.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
Utilize Postman or similar tools to test and document API endpoints ensuring reliability and compliance.
Continuously research and adopt new technologies and development tools to improve application performance and development workflows.
Coordinate with the team to manage database migrations smoothly without disrupting service.
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute ideas for improving system design and scalability.
Ensure application security by implementing best security practices and mitigating vulnerabilities.
