- The role is Faisalabad based with full administrative and marketing support provided by company.
- The applicant will be involved in selling project property units, paying client visitations, giving demonstrations, carrying out Market visits, and closing deals.
- He (or she) will be responsible for effectively communicating sales offers, following up with clients for deals maturation/healthy relationship management (and keeping them updated on their chosen property concerns), renegotiating property prices with buyers where needed, and defining project KPIs to expedite individual and team performance levels.

- The Property Marketing also advises individuals and corporate on growth strategies and real estate investment opportunities in current and new markets.
Key Requirements:
- Create and execute a Sales plan for the growth of the Company projects
- Generate sales lead, build pipeline, and convert prospects to sales numbers.
- Manage, train and develop Sales team.
- Develop and grow various business sectors for subscriptions and sales.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various channels, business groups and social media.
- Meet monthly, quarterly & annual sales target.
- Manage customer accounts and build a strong and healthy relationship with them.
- Market research, competition analysis and follow market trends.
- Staying up-to-date with new products/services of the industry.
- Responding to Client questions on contracts, negotiations, strategies, and goal planning.
- Documentation for each real estate transaction.
- Work under pressure and target / result oriented.
