Job Description:

  • As a brand manager of one of the leading names in video surveillance industry in Pakistan, you are expected to improve the brand’s overall image and outreach
  •  We are not looking for someone to follow the orders; we are rather looking for an experienced leader who can build a marketing strategy with promising results from scratch.
  • Responsible for creating and implementing a marketing strategy to ensure demand generation and brand building across multiple channels, including TV adverts, email/direct mail, digital, exhibitions and PR.
  • Taking brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up to.
  • Skilfully avail all opportunities and craft new ideas to market and promote the Brand.
  • Maintains visual standards at all times, showcasing the Brand image through excellent visual impact.
  • Responsible for generating tag lines and slogans etc. for new and existing products and services, coming up with ideas for new packaging designs, including shape, size, colors, fonts and imagery.
  • Liaising with Principal Product design team when needed.
  • To develop and implement the digital strategy including website, social media and other digital tools and day-to-day management of the digital channels to ensure information remains relevant and up to date.
  • Build strategic relationships with media partners and vendors
  • Managing the production and content of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters.
  • To provide forecast on brand performance, competition, products, marketing practices and customer satisfaction.

 

Job/Person Specification

  • Preferably Masters in Business Administration (Marketing). Candidates with engineering background will be preferred.
  • Proven experience of 3+ years as Marketing Manager/Product/Brand Manager or similar role for a known brand/company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative thinker, able to use a structured approach, delivering on time and within budget.
  • Continually learning the latest platforms, technology tools and marketing solutions
