Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans for Chemistry, Physics, and Math that align with the school curriculum and standards.
Deliver engaging and clear instructional sessions that help students grasp fundamental and advanced concepts in each subject area.
Maintain classroom discipline and manage student behavior to create a productive and respectful learning environment.
Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and practical activities, providing timely feedback to support improvement.
Prepare and conduct practical demonstration lessons to enhance experiential learning.

Participate actively in school meetings, professional development sessions, and collaborative planning with colleagues.
Ensure compliance with the schools teaching standards and policies, including punctuality and lesson preparation.
Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding academic performance and areas requiring support.
Stay informed of the latest educational techniques and subject matter developments to continuously improve teaching effectiveness.
