Although this position does not include team management responsibilities, effective collaboration with colleagues and participation in school activities are essential for contributing to the schools vibrant academic atmosphere.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans for Chemistry, Physics, and Math that align with the school curriculum and standards.
  • Deliver engaging and clear instructional sessions that help students grasp fundamental and advanced concepts in each subject area.
  • Maintain classroom discipline and manage student behavior to create a productive and respectful learning environment.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and practical activities, providing timely feedback to support improvement.
  • Prepare and conduct practical demonstration lessons to enhance experiential learning.
  • Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse learning needs and abilities of students.
  • Participate actively in school meetings, professional development sessions, and collaborative planning with colleagues.
  • Ensure compliance with the schools teaching standards and policies, including punctuality and lesson preparation.
  • Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding academic performance and areas requiring support.
  • Stay informed of the latest educational techniques and subject matter developments to continuously improve teaching effectiveness.
