We are seeking a passionate and fashion-forward Fashion Stylist to join our team at our mainline store.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner. Understand their fashion needs and preferences to provide personalized styling advice.
Styling Expertise: Create fashionable outfit suggestions that showcase Levi's products. Stay updated on current fashion trends and mix and match items to create unique looks.
Product Knowledge: Exhibit an in-depth understanding of Levi’s product offerings, including fits, styles, and fabric qualities. Share this knowledge with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
Visual Merchandising: Assist in the visual presentation of the store. Ensure that merchandise is displayed attractively and aligns with Levi's brand standards.
Sales Goals: Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet and exceed store sales goals. Utilize styling expertise to drive sales through persuasive communication and recommendations.
Customer Relationships: Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers. Encourage repeat visits by providing excellent service and follow-up.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure a positive work environment and contribute to team success.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail, particularly in fashion or styling, is preferred.
Strong knowledge of current fashion trends and a passion for style.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
A team player with a positive attitude and a customer-first mentality.
