Although this role does not involve team management, collaboration with colleagues to create a cohesive educational experience is essential. Teachers at The Smart School G-9 Campus are responsible for creating a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for learning. They are expected to plan and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards while utilizing assessment tools to monitor and support student progress. Effective communication with students, parents, and staff is crucial to address individual learning challenges and to promote a safe and conducive educational environment.
Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the curriculum goals and address diverse student learning styles.
Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom atmosphere that fosters a safe and productive learning environment.
Communicate clearly and effectively with students to support their understanding and encourage active participation.
Assess student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback to promote academic growth.
Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the needs of students with different abilities and backgrounds.
Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to align teaching practices and contribute to educational initiatives.
Maintain thorough records of attendance, grades, and student progress in compliance with school policies.
Foster strong communication with parents and guardians to discuss student achievements and areas for improvement.
Keep abreast of new teaching tools, techniques, and educational technologies to enhance instructional delivery.
Uphold school policies, rules, and regulations to ensure a consistent and fair environment for all students.
