Telecommunication Specialist

The Speedy Pack is looking for a detail-oriented Telecommunication Specialist with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong telecommunication protocol knowledge and has hands-on skills in troubleshooting and maintenance. This role requires working on-site during night shifts aligned with USA hours, making flexibility and reliability essential. This position focuses heavily on telecom sales, requiring strong sales and closing abilities to meet company targets. The candidate will utilize basic computer and CRM software skills to support sales processes and customer relationship management. Although this role does not involve managing a team, the specialist must work independently and collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth telecommunication operations and excellent customer engagement.
Responsibilities

Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of telecommunication systems to ensure optimal performance and reduced downtime.
Apply knowledge of telecommunication protocols to install, configure, and maintain communication equipment and networks.
Manage and support the telecom sales process by identifying customer needs and delivering suitable solutions confidently.
Utilize CRM software and computer tools to document customer interactions, sales progress, and service issues accurately.
Work the night shift on-site to support USA hour operations and ensure uninterrupted telecommunication services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and new telecommunication technologies to recommend improvements.
Meet sales targets by effectively closing deals and maintaining strong customer relationships.
