We are currently looking for energetic and passionate call center representatives to join our teams, we are hiring experienced call center agents for our Medicare Campaign.
Job Responsibility:
- The Call Center Agent will be responsible for managing and taking calls professionally and confidently.
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics and responding to calls.
- Manage outbound calls promptly.
- Identify the customer needs on call, and seize the opportunity to upsell the DME Service with precise information.
Job Requirements:
- The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, and with a good accent.
- Should possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior experience in a similar campaign is a plus and preferred (Fresh Candidates can also apply)
- The candidate should be punctual and responsible with a positive attitude.
- Must have basic computer knowledge.
