We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join our team and support our daily office procedures. He should be able to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. He will manage employee records, organize files, answer calls, maintain store records and provide support for the whole of the company.

  1. Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
  2. Solid knowledge of office procedures
  3. Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
  4. Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  5. Knowledge of HR procedures and policy.
  6. Able to maintain store and stock inventory.
  7. Should be awareness of IT Hardware.
