• Planning and Development of the Marketing Campaigns which may not be limited to branding but includes advertising, printing of promotional material etc.
  • Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends.
  • Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print and broadcast platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands.
  • Analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports.
  • Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.
  • Meeting with clients and working with colleagues across multiple departments.
  • Managing budgets and a team of junior assistants.
  • Provision of material required for managing and running campaigns, conducting different marketing related activities, events, sessions, seminars or any event of special nature.
  • Coordination with the relevant stakeholders in timely provision of material.
  • Ensuring the record keeping of all the material issued.
  • Provision of sound facilities at the required place / venue.
  • Provision of Photographer for all events of special and even routine nature.
  • Organizing events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots.
  • Ensuring the appropriate branding of the venue
  • Provision of all event related facilities i.e. Setting up of Stage, Stalls, Sound Facilities and SMD.
  • Developing a strong network of communication with the relevant stakeholders including Media house for appropriate work delivery.
  • Ensuring the timely availability of all the items from the relevant vendor.
  • Ensuring the quality of goods from the vendor
  • Ensuring the bills receivables of goods from the vendor
  • Getting the approvals from Director Marketing for the procurement and payment of good.
  • Getting the bills signed from Accounts Department.
  • Developing a strong network of communication between Marketing and Accounts Department.
  • Ensuring the delivery of cheques / payment to the vendor
  • Liasioning with all Departmental and Unit Leaders
  • Gaining knowledge about various regulatory bodies
  • Networking with external companies of related and unrelated industries
  • Enforcing adherence to policies & procedures
  • Ensuring the confidentiality and secrecy of the information 
  • Complying with needed requirements for the approvals
  • Notify management / Director Marketing of any non-compliant employee practices
