E-Commerce & Website Management Assistant

Join The Swat Shawl as an E-Commerce & Website Management Assistant based in Mardan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This full-time, on-site role is dedicated to supporting the growth and daily operations of our online shawl and fashion business. You will play a key role in managing product listings, ensuring accurate and engaging descriptions, and optimizing content to enhance visibility on search engines. This hands-on position requires attention to detail and a passion for delivering an exceptional online shopping experience. In this role, you are responsible for overseeing the entire order processing cycle from receipt to fulfillment. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain the accuracy of the websites dynamic content and product availability. Although this position does not include team management, it offers a valuable opportunity to develop expertise in e-commerce operations and digital merchandising within the fashion industry.
Responsibilities

Manage and update product listings ensuring accuracy, appealing presentation, and compliance with brand standards.
Implement effective search engine optimization strategies to improve the websites ranking and attract targeted traffic.
Monitor and process customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment and seamless communication regarding order status.
Coordinate with inventory and logistics departments to maintain product availability and update stock information on the website.
Assist in maintaining the websites usability and appearance through regular content updates and quality checks.
Analyze website traffic and sales data to identify opportunities for improving product presentation and user experience.
Handle customer inquiries related to online orders and product information with professionalism and promptness.
Support marketing promotions by updating product information and banners according to campaign schedules.
Maintain detailed records of listings, orders, and customer feedback to assist in strategic decision-making.
Stay informed on current trends in e-commerce and fashion to contribute ideas for website enhancement and new offerings.
