Job Responsibilities:
- Verification of Imprest Vouchers received from all branches with respect to correct data entry in Flotilla along with relevant supports/Invoices/bills.
- Preparation of detail of accrued expenses (Telephone, Electricity, and Rent).
- Reconciliation of group companies accounts & matters related to thereof.
- Collection of data from branches and E-filing of monthly W/H Tax Statements
- Preparing Details/Schedules for Audit purposes.
- Updation of Fixed Assets Register, Depreciation Schedule, Addition/(Deletion) Schedule of Fixed Assets, and other details details.
- Preparation and maintenances of Annual Audit File
- Verification of Incentive of shipping lines & SPO
- Monthly Financial Closing of Jobs in Flotilla.
- To prepare different kind of details time to time assigned by management.
- Monthly W/H Tax Statements on FBR Portal
- Monthly Sales Tax Return on PRA & SRB Po
