- Supervision/Management of all the operations matters of the customers
- Managing the drivers and effectively utilizing the fleet vehicles
- Ensuring processes and SOPs are being followed at all times.
- Developing processes and solving operational problems using creative and innovative ideas
- Arranging trucks as per the requirement of customers from dedicated and non-dedicated fleet.
- Ensuring customer KPIs are met at all times
- Preparing and submitting management reports to monitor success of the project
- Ensuring compliance to HSE policies at all times.
- Ensuring proper maintenance of fleet vehicles
- Managing the operations team for assigned projects
- Staff Development arrangements (driver Training session, Staff skill development)
- Liaising with buying team and Key account manager to ensure service delivery to customers
