Salary: PKR 65,000 – PKR 120,000 (Based on experience + Commission structure)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Telesales Representative for our US night-shift campaign. In this role, you will handle inbound sales calls, qualify potential customers, present telecom and internet packages, and close deals. If you have a passion for sales, excellent English communication skills, and want a platform with high earning potential, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls from US-based customers interested in internet and telecom services.
Qualify customer needs, check service availability, and pitch the best available packages.
Overcome objections professionally and guide clients smoothly through the sales and order entry process.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads as needed.
Meet and exceed daily/monthly sales targets and conversion metrics.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in a US telesales campaign (inbound or outbound).
Communication: Exceptional spoken English with a neutral or clear accent and strong active listening skills.
Shift Flexibility: Must be completely comfortable working the night shift (8:00 PM to 4:00 AM).
Workplace Location: Must be able to easily commute to our office located on Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
Mindset: Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient with a strong desire to make money and grow professionally.

Responsibilities

Answer and manage incoming calls from prospective US customers interested in internet and telecom solutions.
Assess customer requirements thoroughly to determine suitable service availability and product options.
Effectively present and promote company packages tailored to customer needs, highlighting the value and benefits.
Handle customer objections professionally and find ways to resolve concerns to successfully close sales.
Guide clients through the sales journey, ensuring a smooth order entry and processing experience.
Maintain detailed and precise records of all customer interactions and update internal databases promptly.
Follow up proactively with potential customers to nurture leads and maximize conversion opportunities.
Achieve and strive to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
Adapt to night shift work hours (8:00 PM to 4:00 AM) while maintaining high focus and motivation.
Demonstrate resilience and a target-driven attitude to continuously improve sales performance.
Comply with company policies and standards while representing The Tech People professionally at all times.
