Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the recruitment, selection and on boarding processes.
- Handling of Employee grievances.
- Handle all matters related to off-boarding of employees.
- Documentation Filing
- Responsible for onboarding the new joiners, prepare orientation plan in coordination with functional departments.
- Coordinate with Admin & IT department for accommodation, Office, Workstation, System and email arrangements.
- Maintain employee attendance system on daily basis.
- Coordinate with insurance company for claims
- Prepare Leaves, OT, Time short reports at month end
- Punctuality.
