Functions & Responsibilities (duties to be performed by this position)
Implementation
- To ensure that implementation of project/product is going according to plan at client site IN ORDER TO supervise the implementation of product by showing physical presence team.
- To develop implementation plan IN ORDER TO roll out application in staging / production environment.
- To define different stages of implementation e.g. soft launch, parallel run and go live. IN ORDER TO assess readiness of site for implementation in application set up and infrastructure perspective.
- To support the client by giving hands on training during all stages of soft Launch, parallel run and Go live IN ORDER TO ensure requirements offset.
Trainings & Presentations
- To prepare trainings programs as per the training needs of the customer / end user Conduct and monitor the training at application administration and user level
- IN ORDER TO HAVE hands-on experience with product and to Provide accurate implementation feedback.
- To give presentations in order to get prospect clients
Solution Verification
- To verify solution of the project / product on the basis of defined scope and participate in development demo IN ORDER TO keep update of newly developed features of the product.
Analysis
- To participate in requirement elicitation and analysis process IN ORDER TO identify and highlight the high priority needs of the customer.
Client Management
- To coordinate with clients in order to understand the client requirements.
- Communicate with client / end user concerns / feedback IN ORDER TO update management and analysis team.
- To conduct the user acceptance testing session with the client IN ORDER TO obtain UAT certificate.
Application Setup
- To collect client data / pre requisite information IN ORDER TO establish application setups.
- Preparation of the application set ups using front end i.e. hierarchy, process movement and other module wise set ups IN ORDER TO elicit and do Evaluation of data (made available by the client) according to application set up.
Technical Documentation
- To prepare the release notes documents for product and project, IN ODER TO provide information to QC Team or Client.
Deployment
- To prioritized the issues and bug for fixation and verify the fixed bugs and issues in the application IN ORDER TO aid successful closing and ensure the application deployment to be bug free.
Intradepartmental Coordination
- To coordinate with other technical departments within P&SD in order to produce the best products as per client requirements
