- Researching, designing, implementing and managing software programs
- Testing and evaluating new programs
- Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications
- Writing and implementing efficient code
- Determining operational practicality
- Developing quality assurance procedures
- Deploying software tools, processes and metrics
- Maintaining and upgrading existing systems
- Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts
- Training Users
- Must be expert in Core PHP, HTML, CSS, laravel, WordPress, JS
- Work independently as a Software Developer and as a member of the project implementation/support/services team.
- Analyze, evaluate, design and develop, customize software based on customer requirements
- Map and Gap university requirements to product functionality Identify gaps, creatively design and code workarounds, product extensions, customizations as required to meet customer needs
- Work as a team member closely with the IT Manager, Database Administrator, and others to ensure implementations are completed on time and within budget
