Call Center Agents for US Loan Modification Campaign

The Experienced persons would be preferred but Freshers are also welcome.
- Salary: Rs20K to Rs40K /month Basic.

Job Responsibilities will include:
- Managing Outbound/Inbound calls in a timely manner.
- Identify customer's needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
NOTE: This is a Night Shift Job in US Based Call Center,Location:
(8:00 PM TO 10:00 AM)
