We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual that can take our social media presence to the next level.
Responsibilities*
Develops social media plan and/or campaigns; maintains and updates social media guidelines and policies.
Monitors, engages and interacts directly with social media audiences to address inquiries and drive positive sentiment
Executes social media initiatives like contests, content promotion campaigns and collaborations, as required
Works closely with marketing team on social media campaigns and initiatives to strategically integrate social in a meaningful way
Contributes ideas for leveraging user-generated content on all social media platforms.
Stays current with best practices, strategies, and industry trends related to social media, post-production, and production
Develops metrics and reports on effectiveness of reach and engagement and makes recommendations based on findings
Reports on social media performance using data insights to measure success and guide future strategies
Qualifications *
Minimum Two - Three year's experience demonstrated success in community building and campaign management on social media platforms (including, but not limited to Twitter, Instagram, Linked in , and Facebook); with creating content for social promotion like posts, Instagram stories, Reels and IGTV.
Ability to meet deadlines and accurately fact-check information.
Ability to create creative elements including GIFs, graphic illustrations, stop-motion videos, time-lapse videos would be considered a strong asset
Proficiency in social media monitoring and analytic tools including Hootsuite, Tweet Deck, Twitter Analytics and Facebook Insights
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Flexibility in adapting to change and in participating in consultative decision-making processes
Job Timings : Night Shift
Job Type: Full-Time/Permanent
Salary: From 50k - 70k (Depending On Experience)
