Thermoplastic (TP) Road Marking Painter

We are seeking a skilled and experienced TP Road Marking Painter to perform road marking tasks using thermoplastic paint on roads, streets, parking lots, and other designated surfaces. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in road marking activities, preferably within housing societies or road construction projects. This role requires precision, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work efficiently under supervision to ensure high-quality road markings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Apply thermoplastic road markings on various surfaces including roads, streets, intersections, and parking areas.
- Execute road marking tasks such as lane lines, pedestrian crossings, arrows, stop lines, and other traffic symbols.
- Operate and maintain thermoplastic road marking machines and related equipment.
- Prepare road surfaces properly before applying thermoplastic paint to ensure durability and visibility.
- Ensure correct alignment, thickness, and overall quality of road markings according to specifications.
- Follow approved drawings, layouts, and technical road marking guidelines.
- Maintain tools, machines, and equipment in good working condition to avoid delays or defects.
- Adhere to traffic management protocols and workplace safety standards during all operations.
- Collaborate with site supervisors to complete assigned tasks within the scheduled timeframe.
- Guarantee neatness and quality in all completed road marking work.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in thermoplastic road marking or similar road marking roles.
- Practical knowledge of thermoplastic paint application, road marking machinery, and surface preparation techniques.
- Ability to interpret basic road marking layouts and measurements accurately.
- Understanding of traffic safety procedures and proper equipment handling.
- Physically fit, hardworking, and capable of working effectively as part of a team.
