Thinkers Inn is seeking a seasoned General Manager with a minimum of three years of experience in the hospitality industry to lead and oversee our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 15 persons, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction. This role demands strong leadership skills, strategic planning capabilities, and a deep understanding of the hospitality sector to drive business growth and operational excellence. The General Manager will work closely with various departments to optimize resource utilization, implement operational policies, and foster a positive work environment. The role includes addressing customer needs, improving service quality, managing budgets, and supporting team development. This position requires someone who is proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively to ensure the companys objectives are met while maintaining a productive and motivating workplace.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage the daily operations of Thinkers Inn ensuring excellent service delivery and operational efficiency.
Supervise and guide a team of 15 employees, fostering an environment of teamwork, professional growth, and high performance.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that promote customer satisfaction and operational excellence within the hospitality setting.
Monitor financial performance and control budgets to ensure profitability and minimize costs without compromising service quality.
Oversee customer service standards and address client concerns promptly to maintain a positive reputation for the company.
Collaborate with department heads to plan and execute strategic initiatives that support business growth and operational improvements.
Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training needs to enhance employee capabilities and productivity.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality industry regulations and standards.
Drive continuous improvement by analyzing operational data, customer feedback, and industry trends to recommend and implement effective solutions.
Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement to ensure quality and cost-effective supplies and services.
