Validator

The Validator at Three Percent plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data through rigorous verification and validation processes. This position requires a strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to assessing the quality of information, identifying discrepancies, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The Validator works closely with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements, contributing to the overall effectiveness of data management and quality assurance activities. This role demands excellent communication skills to report findings clearly and collaborate effectively. The ideal candidate brings at least two years of experience in the validation process but does not have direct team management responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Perform detailed data verification and validation activities following established quality assurance protocols.

Evaluate process adherence and execute process validation to ensure operational compliance and risk mitigation.

Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential areas of concern affecting data quality and process reliability.

Review and apply Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to validate calls and related documentation accurately.

Track and document defects or inconsistencies in datasets, ensuring timely resolution and reporting.

Prepare and support audit activities by compiling validation evidence and responding to audit inquiries.

Implement and maintain data quality frameworks to enhance validation controls and methodologies.

Collaborate with various teams to communicate validation results and recommend corrective actions.

Maintain clear and concise records of validation processes and outcomes to support transparency and accountability.

Continuously improve validation workflows to increase efficiency and decrease error rates.

Uphold high standards of communication to facilitate understanding across departments and external stakeholders.
