Three Percent is seeking a meticulous Validator with at least two years of experience to join our team. The Validator plays a critical part in maintaining the integrity and reliability of financial records by applying deep product knowledge and precise quality assurance techniques. The Validator operates independently, without managing a team, while contributing to audit readiness and continuous quality improvement.
Responsibilities
The Validator reviews and verifies final expense data, ensuring complete accuracy and alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves thorough quality assurance checks, employing data validation tools and statistical process control methodologies to detect and resolve discrepancies. The Validator actively participates in compliance monitoring and audit preparation activities, providing detailed reports and insights to support risk management frameworks. By utilizing expertise in risk assessment, control testing, and process optimization, the Validator safeguards data quality and supports effective authorization processes.

This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance data quality frameworks and implement security control frameworks, such as NIST SP 800-53, to maintain strict compliance standards. The Validator must leverage experience with regulatory compliance and audit tools to facilitate smooth audits and ensure the organization's products are validated to meet all standards. Additionally, the Validator supports continuous improvement by analyzing trends and recommending enhancements in validation procedures while ensuring adherence to the company's final expense product requirements and guidelines.
