Validators

Three Percent is looking for experienced Validators with a strong background in blockchain technology to ensure the integrity and accuracy of transactions within our distributed ledger network. This role requires a professional with at least five years of experience in blockchain network management and cryptographic security. Validators will play a critical role in verifying transactions, validating smart contracts, and maintaining the health of the blockchain ecosystem by using specialized network monitoring tools. Attention to detail and a deep understanding of cryptographic principles are essential to ensure the network operates securely and efficiently. The ideal candidate works independently without team management responsibilities but coordinates closely with other stakeholders to validate network calls correctly. Validators are responsible for maintaining robust security standards and implementing consistent validation processes to uphold trust in the decentralized network. This role demands effective use of monitoring solutions such as Nagios and hands-on experience in transaction verification within blockchain environments. Successful individuals will contribute to the continuous improvement of validation protocols and help safeguard the company's blockchain operations.
Responsibilities

Validate blockchain transactions and network calls accurately to maintain the integrity of the distributed ledger.
