EDGE Solutions Pvt Limited, a leading corporate travel services firm, is seeking an experienced Ticketing Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing airline ticketing processes, providing expert travel advice, and supporting both corporate and retail clients with their travel needs. This role requires strong technical skills in global distribution systems and a thorough understanding of fare calculations and ticket issuance for domestic and international travel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed airline itineraries, accurately calculate fares, and provide quotations to clients.
- Make reservations including issuing, reissuing, and refunding tickets for both domestic and international flights.
- Deliver exceptional customer support by advising clients on flight schedules, routes, and travel policies.
- Utilize Galileo GDS and NDC platforms efficiently for routing, fare pricing, ticket issuance, auto re-issuance/refund, and manual masking re-issuance/refund processes.

Required Qualifications:
- Intermediate education or Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Ticketing Consultant.
- Expert-level proficiency in Galileo GDS and NDC systems.
- Strong communication skills with confidence in interacting with clients and team members.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Previous experience specifically in ticketing within corporate travel environments is highly preferred.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 100,000 based on experience and expertise.
