We are looking for an experienced Ticketing Officer for the night shift. The candidate should be able to handle airline ticket bookings, reissues, and cancellations independently and professionally.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year experience in airline ticketing
- Travel agency experience will be preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Airline ticket booking, re-issuance, and cancellation
- Handling night-shift ticketing operations
- Working on airline portals or GDS systems
- Assisting clients with travel-related ticket issues
- Any other ticketing tasks assigned by the company in the future
Requirements:
- Knowledge of airline fares and basic ticketing rules
- Ability to work independently during night shift
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
