Ticketing Officer

We are seeking an experienced Ticketing Manager to oversee all airline ticketing operations for Hajj and Umrah travel packages. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing flight bookings, coordinating with airlines, and ensuring smooth ticketing processes for pilgrims traveling to Makkah and Madinah. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently during peak seasons.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all airline ticketing operations related to Hajj and Umrah packages.
- Handle flight bookings, reissues, cancellations, and refunds using GDS systems such as Amadeus and Galileo.
- Coordinate with airlines to secure the best fares and group bookings for pilgrims.
- Ensure accurate fare calculations, ticket issuance, and compliance with airline policies.
- Monitor seat availability and manage travel schedules for group departures.
- Supervise ticketing staff to maintain high-quality service and accuracy in all transactions.
- Resolve ticketing-related issues, including last-minute changes and emergency bookings.
- Maintain strong relationships with airline representatives and travel partners.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all ticketing transactions.
- Stay updated with airline rules, fare structures, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to align ticketing with package offerings.
- Prepare reports on ticket sales, cancellations, and revenue performance.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in airline ticketing or travel agency operations.
- Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre.
- Strong knowledge of international travel rules and fare construction.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage teams and perform effectively under pressure, especially during peak Hajj seasons.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary of up to Rs50,000. The role requires working on-site to ensure effective coordination and management of ticketing operations.
