Key Responsibilities
The Ticketing Officer, based full-time on-site in Rawalpindi, will manage daily ticketing operations for both domestic and international travel. This includes issuing and reissuing air tickets through Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and airline booking platforms, handling reservations, and providing accurate fare quotations. The role demands meticulous verification of routes, fares, and travel dates to ensure precision. Additionally, the Ticketing Officer will offer professional customer service by advising clients on travel options, schedules, and airline policies. Coordination with airlines and suppliers is essential for managing bookings, modifications, and refunds. Maintaining organized records, processing payments securely, and supporting team members to facilitate seamless corporate and leisure travel experiences are also key parts of this position.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in airline reservation and ticketing systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo. A solid understanding of fare rules, ticketing procedures, and basic IATA codes is necessary. Strong customer service skills are essential, including effective communication, active listening, and the ability to professionally address inquiries and resolve issues. Attention to detail is critical for accurate data entry, itinerary preparation, documentation, and record-keeping.
