Key Responsibilities

Visa Officer:
- Provide expert guidance on immigration and visa processes to clients.
- Assist clients with visa applications and related documentation for regions including the USA, Canada, UK, Far East (Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia), Europe, and the Gulf.
- Stay updated on visa regulations and immigration issues.
- Communicate clearly and consult effectively with clients to ensure a smooth visa process.
- Manage multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Ticketing Officer:
- Issue, reissue, cancel, and refund airline tickets using GDS software such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
- Handle international and domestic airfare rules and procedures.
- Manage ticketing for special travel such as Umrah and Hajj.
- Maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer service.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while coordinating with clients and vendors.

Sales Executive:
- Engage potential clients through telephone sales and face-to-face meetings.
- Manage customer relationships and handle objections professionally.
- Achieve sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques.
- Utilize social media and digital communication tools to support sales efforts.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Required Qualifications

Visa Officer:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in visa consulting or a related field.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Knowledge of visa processing procedures and documentation for key global regions.

Ticketing Officer:
- Minimum Intermediate qualification; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in airline ticketing.
- Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
- Familiarity with airfare rules and ticketing procedures, including Umrah and Hajj.
- Good communication skills in English and Urdu.

Sales Executive:
- Minimum Intermediate qualification; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Fresh candidates with strong communication and sales potential are welcome.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
