Ticketing & Reservations Officer

Mommina Travels & Tours is looking for a skilled Ticketing & Reservations Officer to join our team at the Multan office. This full-time, onsite role requires a candidate with at least three years of experience in airline ticketing and reservations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing flight bookings, issuing tickets, handling rebookings, cancellations, and refunds, all while delivering excellent customer service. Strong English communication skills and the ability to work accurately under pressure are essential to thrive in this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle flight reservations and ticket issuance.
- Manage rebookings, cancellations, refunds, and ticket modifications promptly.
- Verify flight schedules, fares, and availability to assist customers effectively.
- Respond professionally to travel and booking-related inquiries.
- Liaise with airlines and travel suppliers to resolve any booking issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of bookings and ticketing transactions.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years’ experience in airline ticketing and reservations.
- Strong understanding of flight bookings, ticketing procedures, rebooking, cancellations, and refunds.
- Familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to perform well under pressure.
- Proficient command of the English language.
- Minimum educational qualification of graduation.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with prior experience in a travel agency or airline ticketing environment will be preferred. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs50,000. This role requires the candidate to work onsite at the Multan office.
