Tiktok API Approval Specialist

ReadyChatAI, an AI-driven customer service platform, is seeking a TikTok API Approval Specialist for a remote, short-term project. Our TikTok integration is fully developed and functional within TikTok's sandbox environment. We are looking for an experienced professional who has successfully navigated the TikTok app approval process to help us move our app into production.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the TikTok for Developers app review process, including the Data Security & Privacy Review.
- Obtain Business Messaging API access via business-api.tiktok.com, which involves app registration, configuring messaging scopes, and setting up webhooks.
- Prepare all necessary documentation such as forms, questionnaires, and demo materials.
- Respond promptly to TikTok’s inquiries and maintain consistent follow-up until the app is approved.
- Collaborate with the account owner who will handle company-specific submissions such as identity verification, legal documentation, and final app submission.
- Work primarily with collaborator access to the developer account and Business Center; no coding is required for this role.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience successfully guiding TikTok apps through the approval process, particularly with Business Messaging API or similar scopes.
- Strong understanding of TikTok’s developer platform, app registration procedures, and API access requirements.
- Ability to prepare detailed and accurate documentation and demo materials for app review.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with TikTok’s review team and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with TikTok’s Data Security & Privacy Review process.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
