We are a Global TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) managing rapidly growing beauty and consumer brands across the UK, US, and EU markets. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented TikTok Shop Affiliate Operations Associate to support the scaling of affiliate programmes across multiple brands. This is an internal role that involves close collaboration with Account Managers and the Operations team, with no direct client interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Review creator sample requests and evaluate profiles against specific brand criteria to ensure alignment.
- Manage creator sampling targets, maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency throughout the process.
- Build and maintain creator target lists to support outreach campaigns aimed at expanding affiliate networks.
- Monitor creator inboxes, respond promptly to enquiries, and escalate commercial opportunities to Account Managers when appropriate.
- Assist with creator community management by addressing general queries and fostering positive relationships.
- Maintain and update affiliate trackers and creator databases, tracking performance metrics and providing regular operational updates.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers and the Operations team to ensure smooth and efficient running of affiliate programmes.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in TikTok Shop affiliate management or a similar role within social commerce.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to make consistent and accurate decisions.
- Strong organisational skills, capable of managing large volumes of information, including trackers and databases, while maintaining accuracy.
- Excellent written English skills and clear, professional communication abilities.
- A proactive, process-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and complete operational tasks with minimal supervision.
