TikTok Shop Affiliate Operations Associate

We are a Global TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) managing rapidly growing beauty and consumer brands across the UK, US, and EU markets. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented TikTok Shop Affiliate Operations Associate to help scale affiliate programs across multiple brands. This is an internal role, not client-facing, and involves close collaboration with our Account Managers and Operations team to ensure smooth and efficient affiliate program management.

Key Responsibilities
- Review creator sample requests and evaluate profiles against specific brand criteria.
- Manage creator sampling targets while maintaining quality and consistency across campaigns.
- Build targeted creator lists and support outreach initiatives to grow affiliate networks.
- Monitor creator inboxes, respond promptly to inquiries, and escalate commercial opportunities to Account Managers.
- Support ongoing creator community management and address general creator queries.
- Maintain affiliate trackers and creator databases, tracking performance metrics and providing regular operational updates.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers and the Operations team to ensure affiliate programs run efficiently and meet growth objectives.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience managing TikTok Shop affiliate programs is essential.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to make consistent and accurate decisions.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of handling large volumes of information, trackers, and databases effectively.
- Excellent written English skills and clear communication abilities.
- A proactive, process-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and complete operational tasks with minimal supervision.
