TikTok Shop Specialist

Salzio Commerce, a dynamic e-commerce agency specializing in TikTok Shop USA, Amazon, Walmart, and other platforms, is seeking a dedicated TikTok Shop USA Specialist to join their team in Islamabad. This full-time, on-site role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 100,000 to 120,000. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop USA accounts and will play a crucial role in daily operations, product sourcing, marketing, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage TikTok Shop USA accounts and oversee daily operational activities.
- Conduct thorough product hunting, market research, and competitor analysis to identify promising opportunities.
- Source products from Alibaba and maintain effective communication with Chinese suppliers.
- Create, optimize, and maintain product listings, descriptions, and pricing strategies to maximize sales.
- Manage affiliate marketing efforts, including creator outreach and collaboration initiatives.
- Handle TikTok Shop violations, appeals, and maintain account health by resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor order processing, fulfillment, returns, and provide excellent customer support.
- Track key performance indicators such as sales, GMV (Gross Merchandise Value), SPS (Seller Performance Standards), and overall shop performance.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to enhance business scalability and profitability.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of practical experience working with TikTok Shop USA.
- Strong familiarity with TikTok Shop Seller Center and its functionalities.
- Proven experience managing account violations, appeals, and restrictions effectively.
- Solid understanding of product hunting techniques and Alibaba sourcing processes.
- Experience in affiliate marketing, including outreach and managing creator partnerships.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Knowledge of GMV Max, FBT (Fulfillment by TikTok), and 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) is considered an advantage.
