Sales Associate / Telesales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and confident Sales Associate / Telesales Executive to join our growing team. This role involves engaging with potential clients, presenting our software services, and closing qualified leads — especially targeting forex brokers and fintech clients worldwide.

You will play a key role in promoting our core solutions including our CRM for Forex Brokers (MT4+MT5 Integrated), TM9FX Terminal, and full-cycle software development services (ERP, POS, MLM, Web & Mobile Apps).

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients (leads provided or sourced)
Understand client needs and propose relevant software solutions
Schedule demos, meetings, and follow-ups with interested prospects
Maintain CRM records of calls, notes, and conversions
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales or software sales (preferred)
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (multilingual is a plus)
Basic understanding of software solutions like CRM, ERP, or trading systems
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Confidence, resilience, and a results-driven attitude
