JOB DESCRIPTION
- Processing payment requests from each department
- Ensuring the deduction of tax subject to income tax and sales tax withholding applicable rules
- Record keeping
- Following the Accounts calendar
- Making payment sheets for approval purpose from higher management
- Ensuring timely payments of utility bills / contractual payments till due date.
- Making liaison with the seniors during External / Internal Audits and during preparation of Management monthly accounts
- Preparing monthly Bank Reconciliations with the ERP ledgers timely
- Direct reporting to CEO
- Making salaries of our Lahore and Karachi offices.
- Punctual in submitting the payments
