Toolmarts Inc (US based Ecommerce Company) is seeking to hire an experienced & result-oriented Digital Marketing Enthusiast to take the responsibility to generate, enhance, track and optimize our business online presence.

Basic Job Responsibilities/Expect to:

  • Plan and manage all web, SEO/SEM, email & social media marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the US team and local designing department to create promotional offers to maintain brand awareness.
  • From concept to implementation, design, build and monitor company’s social media presence using latest marketing tools.
  • Create innovative content based on video or banner on a regular basis.
  • Prepare email campaigns to send out to customers to ensure brand consistency.
  • Design and manage budget for marketing activities such as promotions/ad campaigns to boost traffic.
  • Create a monthly activity calendar to plan promotional content creation according to upcoming events.
  • Provide internal reports to the manager on a regular basis.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements / Skills:

  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Understanding and exposure of US consumer and business mindset.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Self-motivated yet customer-focused with a creative mind and analytical skills to perform marketing research and statistical analysis
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, HTML and CSS will be considered as a huge plus.
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools.

Education & Experience :

  • Bachelors or an equivalent degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience as a proven digital marketing expert.
  • Any Professional certifications in digital marketing proficiencies is a plus.
  • Excellent track record in generating B2B and B2C leads.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
