Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage job scheduling using the Control-M tool, ensuring smooth operation and timely resolution of issues on the Control-M dashboard.
- Perform application services monitoring and maintain uptime to support continuous business operations.
- Handle job scheduling tasks with hands-on experience in planning and execution within the Control-M environment.
- Install and configure Control-M agents across Windows and Unix operating systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve job failures, system alerts, and other operational issues related to Control-M.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of scheduled jobs.
- Maintain basic SQL queries and database knowledge to support job monitoring and troubleshooting activities.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in Control-M monitoring and job scheduling domain.
- Strong hands-on experience with Control-M tool for job monitoring and issue resolution.
- Proficient in Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts to assist in job monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Control-M agent installation and configuration.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks related to job scheduling and monitoring.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
