We are looking for a responsible, experienced, and mature Export Manager to join our growing team at TOPGEAR SPORTS. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in handling all export and import documentation, logistics coordination, and financial reconciliation with banks.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage shipment documents including invoices, packing lists, and export declarations.
Coordinate logistics and freight forwarding with shipping agents.
Ensure timely shipment planning and dispatch in line with buyer requirements.
Adjust and reconcile bank payments against respective invoices.
Maintain accurate records for export compliance and financial reporting.
Liaise with production and accounts departments to ensure smooth documentation flow.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in export/import documentation and logistics.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP or shipment tracking systems.
Strong understanding of LCs, banking procedures, and export rules in Pakistan.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Must be detail-oriented and organized.
