In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Conceptualizing and creating cutting-edge boxing glove designs that meet the needs of both amateur and professional boxers.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and manufacturing, to ensure that designs align with brand standards and market demands.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and manufacturing processes to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Creating detailed technical drawings and specifications for manufacturing purposes.
- Conducting research on market trends, competitor offerings, and consumer preferences to inform design decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in designing boxing gloves or related sports equipment.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD software.
- Strong understanding of materials, construction techniques, and manufacturing processes specific to boxing gloves.
