We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Amazon/Walmart Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills.

The Account Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining long-term relationships with clients while identifying opportunities in reselling via wholesale.

Duties

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Utilize Sellerboard and other tools to track account activities, manage sales pipelines, and report on performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and retention.
  • Manage a small group of virtual assistants.

Experience

  • Proven experience in sales or Amazon and/or Walmart account management, preferably in a technical sales environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
  • Proficient in using eCommerce or similar CRM software for account management.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making processes.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on client needs.
