We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Coordinator Executive for Lawyers and Doctors in US.
Who will be responsible for closing sales deal over the phone and maintaining good customer relationship. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business. A suitable candidate must have the following abilities
- Convert already interested Professionals over the phone or via email
- Conduct sales presentations and product demos via the phone and email
- Basic know how of Digital and Social media marketing
- Patience, persistence and persuasiveness
- Managing, tracking and following up on leads by calling them
- Creating and updating activity reports
- Take relevant notes on all calls for future use and enter into database
- Function as part of the team with sincere enthusiasm
- Negotiate sales and address any concerns/reservations of potential customers
- Offer solutions based on clients needs and capabilities
- Keep an updated lead database
- Ensure customer follow-up all the time
Requirements
- Outstanding proficiency in written and verbal English
- US or Neutral accent is a Must bilingual is a plus
- Outstanding electronic communication via an email
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree
- Proven experience in a lead Closing role, preferably in a reputed Organization is a Must
- Proficient with MS Office particularly MS Excel (Spreadsheet) and IT literate
- Excellent adaptability and work ethics
