Email & Digital Marketing Assistant, Wordpress Management

Topmops is seeking a dedicated Email & Digital Marketing Assistant with expertise in Wordpress Management to support the growth and online presence of the company. This role is ideal for a professional with at least two to three years of experience in digital marketing activities such as email campaigns, website content updates, and social media integration.

The assistant will work closely with the marketing team to execute marketing strategies using various digital tools while maintaining and updating the company’s Wordpress website.
The Email & Digital Marketing Assistant will focus on creating engaging email marketing campaigns, managing Wordpress dashboard tasks, and ensuring the seamless integration of social media platforms into the website to maximize reach and customer engagement. Strong communication skills and computer proficiency are essential for success in this role.

The candidate should have a basic understanding of digital marketing principles and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and strategies to contribute effectively to Topmops’ digital marketing goals.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using various email marketing platforms to drive customer engagement and conversions.
Update and maintain website content through Wordpress CMS, ensuring the information is accurate and up to date.
Manage Wordpress dashboard tasks.
Integrate social media channels with the Wordpress website to enhance user interaction and brand visibility.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital marketing efforts with overall company marketing strategies.
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and website traffic to provide actionable insights.
Communicate effectively with team members to support collaborative project execution and learning opportunities.
Stay current with updates in Wordpress management and email marketing tools to leverage new functionalities.
