Job Description

We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between  our company and its current and potential digitizing customers for night shift for USA base campaigns.  

Fresh and Experienced Candidates can apply with Fluent and Confident speakers  and excellent  communication skills.  

Timings: 7pm to 4am  

Call Center Agent Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Calling to customers and respond to customer’s emails·       
  • Management and resolve customer complaints·       
  • Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system·       
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors·       
  • Provide service information to customers·       
  • Research required information using available resources·       
  • Process orders, forms, and application·       
  • Route calls to appropriate resources·       
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary·       
  • Upsell products and services·       
  • Complete call logs and reports·       
  • Other duties as assigned
