Torque Corp is seeking an experienced Events Manager to oversee the planning and execution of various corporate and promotional events. The ideal candidate brings at least four years of experience in event planning and coordination, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills. This role focuses on managing all aspects of event logistics, vendor coordination, and ensuring that each event runs smoothly and contributes positively to the company’s brand image. While this position does not involve managing a team, strong independent project management abilities and communication skills are essential to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and vendors.

You will collaborate closely with internal departments and external vendors to ensure flawless event delivery, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and creativity throughout the planning and execution phases.
Responsibilities
Develop an audience-led social media strategy with clear objectives, content pillars and channel priorities.
● Plan and manage monthly and weekly content calendars.
● Create relevant formats and recurring series that showcase Torque Corp’s ideas, work, people and results.
● Write copy, captions, scripts, hooks and creative briefs that match the brand voice and platform.
● Coordinate designers, photographers, videographers, editors and internal contributors.
● Plan and direct social media coverage for workshops, offsites, public programs, launches and events.
● Capture clean mobile-first content when required.
● Schedule, quality-check and publish approved content on time.
● Ensure all posts use the correct formats, tags, links and calls to action.
● Monitor comments, messages and mentions.
● Respond in the appropriate tone and route qualified inquiries or sensitive issues promptly.
● Build organic campaigns for programs, events, employer branding and business priorities.
● Coordinate paid promotion when approved.
● Track reach, engagement, watch time, saves, shares, inquiries and conversions.
● Use performance data to improve future content.
● Maintain visual and verbal consistency across all social channels.
● Manage content permissions, client confidentiality, asset organization and approval records.
● Monitor platform changes and relevant trends.

Experience and Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media, design or a relevant field, or an equivalent body of work.
● Three to five years of hands-on experience in social media, content or digital marketing.
● Previous experience in a lead or ownership role is preferred.
● A strong portfolio demonstrating strategy, copywriting, campaign thinking and content execution.
● Excellent written English and confident short-form writing. Urdu fluency is valuable.
● Strong visual judgment and attention to detail.
● Working knowledge of platform analytics, scheduling tools and paid social fundamentals.
● Ability to shoot clean mobile content and perform basic reel or short-video editing.
● Sound judgment around permissions, client confidentiality, copyright and reputational risk.
● Availability for selected events, including occasional evenings and weekends.
