· Effectively manage team members, including administration of resources (both human and material) to ensure the translation of organizational thought in existence.
· Head Hunting as per the requirements of different departments.
· Ensure discipline and punctuality of all human resources including recording attendance, leaves of staff members and daily whereabouts of field staff
· Helping the sales/marketing departments to arrange, manage and support Seminars, CMEs, and Conferences and etc.,
· Office maintenance and decorum and local and foreign guests handling
· Help higher management in policy making while presenting workable suggestions
· Team building with appropriate Knowledge and self-motivation
